Firewood is for sale in the reception @ R40 per bag.

Ice is for sale in the reception @ R25 per bag.

All Chalets, Cottages & Luxury tents include Cutlery, Crockery & all cooking utensils.

Bath towels are provided in the chalets/cottages, please bring along your own swimming towels.

Extra Children staying in a chalet aged 12-16 years old will be an aditional charge of R250 per night. Own mattress/linen must be brought along with you.

Soft music is allowed until 22h00 for group bookings

Once you have booked into Wagondrift there is a radio for your use in the main lodge - please radio for assistance as the above number is used for bookings only.

Check in is from 14h00 onwards

Kiosk bills must be paid by 11h00 on Sundays as reception closes at 12h00

Please note: 1 night stay bookings will have a R150.00 surcharge amount

FESTIVE SEASON BOOKINGS: R100.00 ADDITIONAL FEE PER NIGHT (EASTER WEEKEND & 15-31 DECEMBER 2024)

Day visitors are welcome as long as they are visiting someone who has booked accommodation, this will be R150.00 per person day visiting.

Wagondrift welcomes group bookings, contact us for a quote, including corporate events & weddings.

Use of the main lodge is available when booking for a larger group, R500 per night will be charged for the use of the main lodge, this includes cleaning staff for the mornings.

No gate fee/entrance fee required

Cancellation Policy:

No refunds will be made. The remainder of your booking amount will be kept as a credit to be used for up to 1 year from date of booking. The forfeited deposit will be used as a cancellation/admin fee.
